How The Affiliate Partner Program Works
Affiliate partners promote Qelvor eSports tournaments through the audiences they have already built. You do not need a studio, a sponsor, or a contract — you need a community that plays.
You Promote
Share upcoming Qelvor eSports tournaments with your community, clan, server, or channel — in whatever format your audience already responds to.
Players Join
Players register through the official tournament checkout and take part in the match. During the transition, attribution is matched to approved manual referrals submitted before the applicable match.
You Earn
Eligible entries earn 10% after payment and participation checks and successful match completion. Ordinary eligible commissions are settled within 24 hours.
Manual Verification Remains Available
Automatic referral tracking is not live yet. Until its launch, approved affiliates must email the minimum necessary referred-player details before the applicable tournament match so Qelvor can manually verify attribution. Include the player name, in-game name, game UID and tournament or match reference, with the player's agreement. Existing valid manual referrals remain eligible and will be carried forward through administrative verification when tracking launches.
When tracking launches, approved affiliates will receive a unique partner referral ID and a referral link or code for the real tournament registration route. Successfully tracked eligible entries will no longer require daily referral emails. If automatic tracking is unavailable, contact the official affiliate email before the applicable match for manual verification. Referral links are not yet being issued through this website.

A Fixed 10% On Every Eligible Entry
No sliding scales or tier-based rate differences. Commission is based on the eligible tournament entry fee and verified participation.
Figures shown are gross commissions for a ₹49 entry tournament, before any refund adjustment or applicable statutory deduction. Rewards are calculated per eligible entry on verified participation records.
Within 24 Hours
Eligible affiliate commissions are verified and processed within 24 hours after the successful completion of the applicable tournament match. Commission eligibility is based on confirmed player participation, valid referral attribution, successful payment where applicable, and compliance with Qelvor eSports Affiliate Partner Rules.
Ordinary eligible commission payouts are completed by Qelvor within 24 hours of successful match completion, including initiating the payment; a pending balance alone does not count as settlement. Final bank or UPI credit can depend on the payment provider. The payout reference, initiation time and payment status are recorded separately.
Unresolved fraud, refund, participation or attribution disputes may place an affected entry on hold. The affiliate is notified of the reason and any information needed. Payout failures are recorded and communicated. Once the issue is resolved, Qelvor provides an updated payout date and, where necessary, a corrected payment reference.

What Counts As An Eligible Entry
Real participation, valid attribution and a successfully completed match determine eligibility.
Registration alone is not enough. Payment where applicable, participation and successful match completion must be confirmed. A no-show or invalid entry earns no commission.
Returning players still count. A player may qualify for separate eligible tournament entries; each entry is credited to only one affiliate and is counted once.
Validated attribution is required. Approved manual referrals are checked now. Automatic tracking is planned; a link click alone never earns commission.
Refunds and holds are itemised. Fully refunded entries earn nothing; partially refunded eligible entries are adjusted against the retained fee. Disputes are reviewed and communicated.
Refunds, Adjustments & Payment Records
Fully refunded, invalid or non-participating entries earn no commission. For a partially refunded eligible entry, commission is 10% of the eligible entry fee retained after the refund, rounded to the nearest paise per entry. Gross commission, refund adjustments, statutory deductions and net payment are recorded separately. If a refund occurs after payment, any reversal or adjustment is itemised and communicated to the affiliate.
Program Changes & Earned Commissions
Qelvor eSports may revise affiliate commission rates, eligibility requirements, tier criteria, benefits or program conditions as the program evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered affiliate partners through their registered email address or official partner dashboard before taking effect, except where immediate changes are necessary for legal compliance, security or fraud prevention.
Changes will apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Commissions validly earned before that date will remain governed by the terms applicable when they were earned, subject to verification, refunds, fraud prevention and applicable law.

Monthly Tier Reviews
Tier qualification uses verified eligible entries during the previous 30 days. Approved partners start at Bronze. Status is reviewed once each month; upgrades take effect at the next scheduled review. Downgrades occur only after 2 consecutive monthly reviews below the current tier's minimum. Fraud or serious policy violations may trigger immediate suspension. Partners can request their calculation date, qualifying total and next review date through the official affiliate email.
Every tier earns the same 10% commission. Benefits represent eligibility or access; sponsorships, paid contracts and exclusive commercial opportunities are not guaranteed. Referral IDs, referral links and the authenticated partner dashboard remain planned features.
