Every tournament we run gets sharper because a player took two minutes to tell us what went wrong — or what went right. Submit your feedback through the form below and it lands straight with the management team.
One short form. No account, no login — open it, say what is on your mind, and send it. This is the channel we track feedback through, so please use it rather than DMs.
Praise, complaints, bug reports, format suggestions — all of it goes in the same form. Be specific: the tournament name, the date and what exactly happened help us far more than "it was bad".
Anything about playing with Qelvor is fair game. These are the areas where your input changes the most.
Lobby start times, slot allotment, match flow, how long you waited, and whether the bracket felt fair.
Confusing form fields, entry fee trouble, failed payments, or how a refund request was handled.
How quickly the prize reached your UPI, clarity of the prize split, and anything unclear in the payout message.
Broken pages, rules that read unclearly, or announcements that reached you too late on Discord or WhatsApp.
Your submission does not disappear into an inbox nobody opens. Here is the route it actually takes.
Every response lands in one review queue with a timestamp, so nothing gets lost between tournaments.
Management reads the queue regularly. Anything urgent — a payment problem or a cheating report — is pulled out the same day.
Points that keep repeating become real changes: a rule rewritten, a form field fixed, or a schedule moved before the next event.
The form is for making Qelvor better. Support is for fixing something that went wrong with your own entry, right now.
Suggestions, ideas and general experience — the match format felt unbalanced, the schedule was awkward, the rules page was confusing, or you want a new title added to the roster. Also the right place for praise when a tournament ran well.
A missing prize payout, a disputed result, a wrong detail on your registration, an entry fee that did not go through, a cheating report with evidence, or anything urgent on match day. These need a direct reply and usually need screenshots attached.
If your message needs a direct answer rather than a place in the review queue, write to us instead.
Use email for registration corrections, payment questions, refund requests or match disputes. Our Discord server is the fastest route on match day. For everything else, the feedback form is the right place.
