Everything a Qelvor competitor asks before their first match — how to register, how entry fees and refunds work, how prize money reaches you, and what happens when someone cheats. Search it, or jump straight to your question.
Every tournament entry runs through one form. Get these five fields right and your slot is confirmed — get them wrong and it can cost you the match.
Your actual name, as you would give it to management.
Your IGN exactly as it appears in the game.
The numeric player ID we use to add you to the lobby.
Where your prize money lands. Double-check every character.
Proof of your entry fee payment, uploaded into the form.
Open the tournament form and enter your real name, IGN, Game UID and UPI ID carefully.
Send the entry fee to the official Qelvor eSports payment link given inside the form — nowhere else.
Attach the payment screenshot to the form and submit. Your slot is confirmed once it is verified.
Search by keyword, filter by topic, or open any question below. All thirteen answers are on this page.
Fill the form carefully with your Real Name, In-Game Nickname (IGN), Game UID, UPI ID and a payment screenshot.
After filling your details, make the entry fee payment to the official Qelvor eSports payment link mentioned in the form. Once the payment is completed, upload the payment screenshot in the form and submit it.
See the full walkthrough in Filling The Registration Form above.
It depends entirely on one thing — whether you told us before the match started.
If you inform the management team before the match starts — at least 10–20 minutes before the scheduled match time — your entry fee will be refunded.
If you fail to inform us before the match starts, your entry fee is not refundable. The slot was held for you and the lobby was built around it.
Prize money is transferred directly to the UPI ID you submitted during registration. There is no separate claim form and no wallet to withdraw from — it goes to the ID on your entry.
Contact the support team immediately, before the match begins. The sooner you flag it, the easier it is to fix.
Yes — your payment is safe with Qelvor eSports.
After every successful payment you will receive a payment receipt on your registered email ID, which you can save as proof of your transaction.
Yes 🎯 — players are allowed to participate in as many tournaments as they like, as long as they complete a separate registration for each event. One form, one entry fee, one slot.
Qelvor eSports follows a strict fair-play policy. Any player found doing any of the following is permanently banned from all Qelvor tournaments and events.
Room ID and Password are shared through our official communication platforms shortly before the match:
No. Once the tournament starts, entry fees become non-refundable — except in special cases decided by the management team.
Contact the support team immediately, with proper proof and screenshots, via our Discord server or the support email at the bottom of this page.
The final decision will depend on the tournament rules and match verification.
Yes — streaming is allowed unless a specific tournament rule restricts it.
You can apply through the official Affiliate Partners section on our website. Open the Affiliate Partners section, fill out the Affiliate Partner Application Form with the required details, and submit it for review by the management team.
The full affiliate partner ruleset — eligibility, rewards, disputes and penalties — is published on the Terms & Conditions page.

If your question is not answered above — or something went wrong mid-match — reach us directly. We will be happy to assist you.
Raise a ticket on the Customer Service desk for registration corrections, payment questions, refund requests or match disputes — it gives you an ID you can track and a written trail of every reply. Email works too, and our Discord server is the fastest route on match day.
If a member of our customer support team was rude, unfair or abusive towards you — or you were abused by anyone else in the Qelvor community — write to report@qelvoresports.com. Include the agent's name and ID from their reply, your ticket ID, and what happened. The report reaches the support lead, not the person you are reporting. We will help you.
Include the exact in-game name and Game UID you registered with, so we can find your entry.
Tell us which tournament and match slot you are writing about, and the date it was scheduled.
Attach clear screenshots — payment receipt, the error, or the moment the issue happened in the lobby.
For missed matches and detail corrections, contact us before the match starts. After the lobby is created, options narrow fast.
