These are the rules every competitor agrees to the moment they enter a Qelvor eSports tournament, plus the guidelines every affiliate partner works under. They exist for one reason — so that skill decides the outcome, and nothing else does. Read them once, play by them always.
Qelvor eSports Membership Cards — Starter, Pro and Elite — are not governed by these Terms & Conditions. Membership billing, renewals, upgrades, cancellations and membership refunds are covered by a separate Membership Terms & Refund Policy, published in the Membership section. The two documents run alongside each other: this page governs how you compete, that one governs your card.
Read The Membership Terms ↗Every participant must compete honestly and respectfully. The following actions are strictly prohibited in all Qelvor tournaments.
Players are fully responsible for their own game accounts and the information they register with.
Compete on the account you registered with. Smurfs, alts and borrowed IDs are not permitted.
Handing your account to another player for a match — for any reason — is a violation.
Fake identities or impersonation of another player, team or staff member may lead to a permanent ban.
Players must maintain proper behaviour before, during and after every tournament match.
Disputes are settled on evidence, not arguments. Here is what we need from you when something goes wrong in a match.
Players must provide valid screenshots or match recordings supporting their claim.
Reports must be submitted within the official reporting window announced for that tournament.
Admins review the submitted evidence and issue a decision for the affected match.
A confirmed slot is a commitment. These rules keep lobbies full and matches starting on schedule.
Team slot transfers without permission from the management team are prohibited.
Last-minute no-shows may affect eligibility for future Qelvor tournaments.
Teams must join the lobby before the reporting deadline announced for that match.
Whether your entry fee comes back depends on one thing — whether you told us before the match started.
If you inform the management team before the tournament starts, your slot can be reassigned and your entry fee is refunded.
If you fail to inform us before the match starts, the slot is already locked and the lobby is already built around it. The entry fee is not refundable.
Where a match has to be called off due to hacking investigations, technical manipulation, or severe rule violations, the entry amount is handled as follows.
To maintain fairness, transparency and professionalism within the Qelvor eSports Affiliate Partner Program, all affiliate partners must follow the rules listed below.
Player details must reach this address every day, before the tournament or match begins. Nothing submitted after match timing is counted.
Repeated referred players are also eligible under the affiliate partner program — a player returning for more tournaments still counts toward your referrals.
Immediate disqualification: fake referrals, duplicate accounts, or any unfair referral method removes you from the program. All affiliate partners must send player details daily, before the tournament or match starts, through our official email — affiliatepartners@qelvoresports.com
Miss the deadline, miss the payout: failure to submit the required details before match timing may make the affiliate partner ineligible for compensation on that specific match or event.Players referred by affiliate partners must remain active during matches and tournaments — a referral is credited on real participation, not registration alone.
Not counted: inactive, intentionally absent, or fake participants may not be counted under affiliate partner benefits and rewards.Affiliate partners are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour with players, staff members and the wider community.
Suspension or removal: misleading information, abuse, toxicity, or any unfair activity may lead to permanent removal from the affiliate partner program.Qelvor eSports reserves the right to update, modify, increase, decrease or restructure affiliate partner compensations, rewards and eligibility criteria in the future without prior notice.
If any affiliate partner is found violating the rules, attempting fraud, manipulating referrals, or damaging the tournament ecosystem, Qelvor eSports may terminate their partnership immediately.
All final decisions regarding affiliate partner eligibility, rewards, disputes and penalties will be made by the Qelvor eSports Management Team.
If a referred player requests a refund and it is approved by the Qelvor eSports Management Team, the respective affiliate partner's compensation or reward will be reduced accordingly — based on the refunded amount or affected entry.
