How Qelvor eSports LLP uses cookies and similar browser storage, which third-party services receive data about your visit, and how you turn any of it off.
What This Covers
Read this alongside our Privacy Policy. It explains the storage side: what gets written to your device and who else can read it.
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Local storage does much the same job with more room. Both let a site remember something between page loads — a preference, a draft, a security counter.
A first-party cookie is set by Qelvor and readable only by Qelvor. A third-party cookie is set by another company whose code or service is involved in your visit — and that company, not Qelvor, decides what it collects and how long it keeps it. Third-party cookies are the ones that can follow you across other websites, which is why they sit behind a separate switch here.
This policy applies to www.qelvoresports.com and its subpages. It does not govern Discord, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, X or LinkedIn — once you follow a link to those platforms you are on their property, under their cookie policies.

Stated plainly, because consent is only valid if you knew what you were agreeing to.
Third parties collect data about your visit
Qelvor eSports LLP works with third-party service providers to run this site, host our forms and payments, and measure how the site performs. These providers receive data about your visit — typically your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you opened, and the site or ad that sent you — and they set and read their own cookies and storage to collect it. That data sits on their systems under their own privacy policies, not only ours.
Where such a provider is used for analytics or marketing, its cookies are capable of building a profile of your activity and, for marketing, of tracking you across other websites. Nothing in those two categories loads until you switch it on: your default state on this site is off, and closing the banner without choosing is treated as a refusal.
Every provider we use is named in the table below, with what it receives and whether it sets cookies. Section 04 is the authoritative list and is updated whenever a provider is added or removed.
As of 16 October 2026 no analytics or marketing provider is active. The only cookies on this site are the live chat’s, set by tawk.to on our Customer Service page, and only after you press Start Live Chat there. Everything else the site keeps is held in your browser's local storage, and the table shows exactly what is in use.
The Four Switches
Every cookie and storage item on this site belongs to exactly one of these, apart from the live chat’s, which you turn on yourself by starting a chat (see section 04). Three of the four are yours to control.
Strictly Necessary
Always OnWithout these the site cannot do its job, so they run without consent — the law treats them as essential rather than optional. All of them are first-party and stay in your browser.
- Your saved cookie choice, so we stop asking.
- Server request logs kept by our hosting and delivery providers for security and abuse handling.
- The ticket desk that used to keep tickets in your browser closed on 2 October 2026. What it left there is deleted the next time you open the Customer Service page.
Functional
Opt-InReserved for optional features that remember a display or interface preference. Nothing in this category is in use today, so this switch currently changes nothing.
- Our typefaces are served from our own site. We do not use Google Fonts.
- Feedback opens on tally.so. Tournament registration and SMP purchases open on Razorpay. These separate sites apply their own storage policies whichever way this switch is set.
- The live chat on the Customer Service page is not behind this switch. It loads only when you press Start Live Chat on that page.
- If a feature is added here, this list and the table below are updated first.
Analytics
Opt-InThird-party measurement. When enabled, the provider sets its own cookies to collect data on how the site is used, and we read it in aggregate to fix what is not working.

- The site, search or campaign that referred you.

Marketing
Opt-InThird-party advertising and social platforms. This is the category that permits cross-site tracking, so it is off unless you deliberately turn it on.
- Measuring which campaign brought you to a tournament page.
- Showing Qelvor tournaments to you on other platforms.
- Avoiding repeat ads for an event you already entered.
- Building an interest profile linked to your device or ad ID.
- Nothing loads while this switch is off.

Your Rights
Qelvor eSports LLP is the data fiduciary for this site.
We rely on your consent for functional, analytics and marketing storage, and on legitimate operation of the service for strictly necessary storage. The live chat is the one item outside the switches: it loads only when you press Start Live Chat, and pressing it is your consent to the cookies and storage it sets. Consent is requested before any optional category loads, is recorded with a timestamp, and can be withdrawn at any moment without giving a reason.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Visitors in the EU or UK may additionally rely on the GDPR for access, portability, restriction and objection. Write to privacy@qelvoresports.com and we will respond within the timelines the applicable law sets.
Your choice is recorded in your browser for 48 hours. After that the banner asks you again to accept, customise or reject, and it does so every 48 hours. Third-party providers set their own retention periods; those are governed by their policies, which are linked from the Privacy Policy.
This policy may change when we add or remove a provider. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and a material change re-triggers the consent banner.
